Return & Refund Policy

Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible
for a return. - Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene
and safety reasons. - Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or
receipt).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or damaged product).
Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).
