Returns

    for a return.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene
    and safety reasons.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or
    receipt).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or damaged product).

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).
